Ford Sierras

Ford Sierras are still fairly common on the road, but are not used for racing much now. Below are some photographs of 2 Ford Sierras that my mate saw from his window.

There are still some Ford Sierras that are used for racing. This Ford Sierra could be a 'special rod' which is a non-contact formula that is cheaper than 'hot rods'. However racing on a small slippery circuit can lead to the occasional knock. this would explain why there were some dents, but basically the Sierra is straight (compared to the Capri above). It is also on a trailer commonly used to carry a variety of cars to different budget motorsport events.
